If anyone is interested a long time ago I took all the units I could find online from Warlorders and more and created a spreadsheet where I balanced their costs to their abilities, STR, Hits and more. If anyone is interested in these or can host these files please let me know. It's an old game but I still play periodically and love the balance of the units and the unique armies that I've made using them. I might even have the original spreadsheet if I look around for it.

I started work on something similar last year. We'll probably have different approaches, but I'm always interested in comparing notes. I haven't picked it up in a while, but a fresh pair of eyes and some feedback might help to get things moving again.
