Like the header says, the screen is seemingly stretched a bit vertically, and does not include the menu bar. Without that, the game is unplayable, as there's no other way to end your turn except from a menu option. Any idea what might be the problem?

Just realized I should probably specify that I'm on Windows 10. Any other information I should supply that might make it easier to troubleshoot?

The menu bar is shown with the F1 key. This game is pretty old, the mouse is fumctional but the game is keyboard intensive, cursors to select menus, function keys to select things, etc. Control wise it is more primitive than Warords II, as an example
