I've been delving a bit into what additional scenarios and campaigns were made available by SSG back in the day. using the wayback engine on ssg's website; it turns out SSG's Stephen Hand has made two additional campaigns that were once available on the official site. Thankfully, they have been archived at warlorders.com.

http://www.warlorders.com/warlords3-dlr/downloads

The first campaign is The Huge Wars, the second one is its sequel, The Elves Return. Both are 10 missions long.

I've uncovered the filenames of a few more official scenarios for WL2 Deluxe too, but haven't been able to find them archived anywhere so far.

under.scz is a scenario called Underworld that was available in Run 5 issue #24.

korea.scz - was a Korean War scenario included with Run 5 issue #25

cavnite.scz - The Caverns of the Night was a free scenario on the SSG website.

There also was an official remake of WL1's Illuria campaign for classic Warlords 2 available in Run 5 issue #20. This should be similar (maybe identical) to the remake in the Deluxe version.

If anyone still has these scenarios, please let me know.

How do you add the campaigns from Warlorders to this version of the game?

Famine: How do you add the campaigns from Warlorders to this version of the game?
I'll explain & give an example with the first campaign, "The Huge Wars", available here : http://www.warlorders.com/warlords3-dlr/downloads/the-huge-wars
(it seems to be always the same way to do ;))

At bottom of each download page of scenarios, there is a small explanation, I'll put here an updated version, edited by me.

1. Download the "Giants.rar" campaign file on the webpage and with 7zip or winrar, unzip the file "Giants.w3c" to your default Warlords III: Darklords Rising installation directory, it should be "C:\GOG Games\Warlords 3" by default.

2. Open the Warlords III Campaign Editor and unpack "Giants.w3c".
2.a To open the campaign editor, the easy way is to go through your windows start menu, search for the "GOG.com" folder, "Warlords III - Darklords Rising" subfolder, "Tools" -> Campaign editor
[or simply launch manually this file : "C:\GOG Games\Warlords 3\war3cmpn.exe", but there may be compatibility issue when not going through GOG's shortcut]
2.b Here, you select "Unpack campaign", you select the campaign file you want to unpack (here "Giants.w3c"). It will unpack the campaign. [ = which means the campaign files are automatically unpacked in the correct folder ("C:\GOG Games\Warlords 3\CAMPAIGN")]

3. Launch Darklords Rising, select Single Player game mode, and then New Campaign from the main menu. You will find the Campaign (The Huge Wars) under "Etheria".

4. You can delete the file "Giants.w3c" in the folder ""C:\GOG Games\Warlords 3\".

Hope this will helps you and others :)

That's amazing! Thank you for sharing this!
Warlorders.com seems to be down, so could someone share those files in one way or the other?

I SHOULD have them somewhere in my old CDR backups, but as luck would have it, those discs are in a locked drawer and the key is... Well, somewhere, but not where I thought it would be.

Has anyone ever found the missing Warlords 2 scenarios?

I haven't had any luck, unfortunately, and I even tried reaching out to SSG's Roger Keating and Stephen Hand. Maybe once in a while you can find old Run 5 scenario disks on eBay.

Keating has made all issues of Run 5 available as pdfs, but unfortunately, these don't include the files.
