I have recently bought Warlord 3: DLR, and was almost through playing the first two campaigns in reverse order(the Sirian first and then Bane's). But in chapter 10 of Bane's campaign something changed. Suddenly the small animations on the combat screen disappeared. The combat progresses but without the animations. Furthermore, on the adventure map the units move slower and more "laggingly" and finally I'm not able to left-click on a unit to pick it.

Has anyone else experienced this? And does anyone have a solution?
It's not HUGE problems, but it does subtract from the joy of playing this amazing game. I haven't had any problems with the game besides the classic "low memory"-message which stopped after a while.
