At least TPE mod works in Windows 11.

I'm not sure which game are you asking about, so

All of them works for me without any additional activities, BUT
WBC2 crashes on resolution 1600x1200 (1280x1024 is best you can do)
No graphic issues spotted on WBC1 or WBC3
