does annyone know how to play warlords battlecry 3 windowed mode?
"-window" and "alt enter" didn't work

Only The Protectors mod and Widescreen Patch support windowed mode.

I have the same issue as well. It's annoying to constantly switch to the manual and reference guide to the game plus the game acts up (mouse pointer blinks) and causes graphic issues.

I think the best solution in this case would be to use another computer (i.e. laptop) and use the guides / references there.

check the compat issues, run under xp sp2 and so on.. set to 1024 max and probably ur good to go

Not sure if anyone still cares, but this guide "pcgamingwiki(dot)com/wiki/Warlords_Battlecry_II#Video" suggested a 3rd party thing that worked perfectly for me, can alt-tab and everything, but since it's 3rd party use it at ur own risk.
