Playing as Archmage. Randomly learned the rune item spell. Spent time defending against enemies and casting rune item to get some good gear. Saved my game and logged out. I log in to find all the gear reverted to be gear I was wearing. I had this happened with one piece of gear I found in an earlier campaign. Just did not expect to lose all of the gear like this. It saved my progress fine. All of the items that I had left in a chest are still there. Just any items on my physical char were changed to what was in the chest and the good items are nowhere to be found again. I know I had cast successful casts of the rune item or I wouldn't of had the gear even show.. when I get around to WBC2 and 3 I will find out if the same bug applies.


Example. Cast rune item with 72 percent chance. A boots of quicksilver speed +3 appears. I wear the boots and store the boots I had which were The Silver Boots speed +1. Save my game and quit out. Then log back in from my save and the quicksilver boots are now The Silver Boots speed +1. The quicksilver boots are nowhere to be found again.

Same things has happened with nearly all the pieces of gear I had. Only one piece was found in one chest that had originally saved. Odd bug.

Where did you install the game? In C:/Program Files?
