So I know that it is possible to put treasure chests down, there are a few in various campaign maps like Drak-Dum, but when I click on them in the map editor I get a screen that is seemingly inaccessible normally. None of the options in the menu are checked off. And from what I can tell this screen allows placing resource wagons so that is interesting as well. Anyway does anyone know how to access that screen?

This panel exists in WBC1 (and the Protectors), and only exists in WBC2 & 3 in dev mode. Unfortunately, this panel is inaccessible in the standard release of those two titles.
