Make a significant differance to how fast a hero levels up?

I believe you get double the amount of Experiance so double the leveling speed in ironman mode, if your hero dies though hes gone forever.

Well, not forever if you
- copy the save folder when he's still alive (i.e. after a scenario)
- copy it back when he dies
- edit this in your registry before you start the game
