Does GoG have any plans on releasing Warlords Battlecry 1 and 2? I remember playing the first one back in the day and really enjoying it. I'd like to get that one again if at all possible.

Unless it randomly shows up in the coming soon section most the games we get from gog only gog know about until the day of release. They also won't say what they are working to get so your best bet is to use the wishlist if you havent already and vote for them.

Other then that you can't really do anything other then hope they show up soon.

I agree - I have both, but I think they are both actually better than WBC3.

WBC2 had an incredible variety in its levelling. You really could tweak it so well. I assume they dumbed it down because of balancing issues.

WBC1 had a really good plot. There's something captivating about leading a man to his own destruction. I liked Warcraft 3 for the same reason that you can/must lead Arthas to his doom.

i bought 3 when i saw it relesed, because it was interesting, however i have always felt #1 to be the best of the series

i like old warlords 2 - the original turn based version since 94 me and my frineds loved it - would have like to have tried v3 with cities and castle detail - was like old tabletop wargame and good hotseat game while we played d&d

- i slightly prefer battlecry 2 because the campaign let you conquer your favorite races and i liked different heroes having more or less enterage - liked some spell lists with diferent magic items you couls make and summoning without time factor

battlecry 3 is nice because heroes bit more interesting and new races are cool

i would try v1 and get v2 - as well as original turn based games

If GOG ever gets any of the Warlords. I will buy them. I already have WLB 3 from gog, great game.

Getting the Warlords games on GOG would be a dream come true. And if that also meant more old SSG games I'd be ecstatic. :)
