Hmm, this looks like English but instead of Roman alphabet it is in cyrillic...
I haven't played the game in a while, but here are some thoughts:
1. During installation process, did you choose English a language?
2. Did you install the game using galaxy or did you use standalone installer?
3. Are you using cyrillic alphabet on your computer? Have you tried changing it to Roman?
