Hot keys are not working. I tried to push every button on my keybord during battle but no effect. I heard that this game allows to use hot keys. Is it problem with gog version or I am just missing something?

Must be GOG version, i remember there were hotkeys. Oh and of course working music >_<
Without the hot keys its impossible to play basically, especially later missions

Hot keys are mentioned as existing in the manual but you need the keyboard shortcut card which lists them to actually know them! Until it is available for download you're going to be struggling. Like ForcedJaketh said, you need them especially for the later missions which can be brutal.

Ive even tried elimination to try to find keys with functionality to no avail.
Im literally bound to mouse only cant even skip cinematics or anything but with the mouse

It's a "feature"! All new "ironman mouse only" mode. ;)

Hmm, music works on my system. Maybe you should try fiddling around with the settings in-game. Music can be set to off, Midi and FM (see manual). On my system, which has an onboard Soundmax ADI1988B AC97 soundchip (Asus P5B, an old Intel board from 2006), both settings for music work. It seems that Midi is louder than FM though, and the volume in comparison to sound effects cannot be changed.

I found only that the "Ctrl" key is doing something : to set multipe waypoints when moving your troups.

Yeah i reinstalled to try it out but still stuck, be nice to find a fix as im pretty bummed i cant play it. :/
Tried looking at the files but im not really good at that sort of thing and seems to be nothing i can edit to get them to work.
I know keyboard works because you can Type your name in at the start lol. So why it doesnt work in the rest is beyond me.

Which version of the game have hotkeys working? Where do I get these versions? Thank you!

Bump, still waiting. Please help us, games not really playable without the ability to control it.

Well, the game is definitely playable, as I've now completed it almost 2 times on GOG copy, although I admit that the controls are cluncky. When I finished it first time, I wasn't aware that it ever had any hotkeys :P
