Thought I would post this quick for those who might wonder about the additional content in WHQ Deluxe.
The bottom line is the content is purchased and available and will become active as you move further into the game. Ignore the "Additional Content" button, and ignore the "Restore Purchases" button on the top right if you do go into the WHQ store.
I bumbled around with this yesterday after initially playing the game as I wanted to play different warriors but everything seemed to be grayed out. Outdated posts on other forums of people complaining about missing or only having partial content added to the befuddlement.
You'll have access to the Warrior Packs after you make it through the first dungeon and enter the first town.
Legendary Weapons are in your stash. After creating a party go into your inventory and equip them.
Not sure about the Dungeon Packs, but presumably they will become available in game.
