EA own the source code and Games Workshop own the art and designs, so I have put both in contact with each other. However, Covid19 occurred and I don't think it progressed any further. As soon as EA release the source code to GW then they can legally allow GOG to sell it. Check out the Dark Omen forum for Windows 10 fixes and mods.
I am waiting for Dark Omen eagerly. It's the best out of the three Warhammer fantasy strategies and one of my favorite games of all time.
I had the same question myself. Thanks for putting info out there esp. how to get running on modern machine.
