Out of the box game is nearly unplayable in Wine due to outrageous loading times (10+ minutes!) and framerate issues. That can be easily fixed though by applying this:

After switching said files game runs smoothly and loading times are very fast (according to author it boosts loading speed by 50% on Windows and... 3000% on Linux - which I confirm). No other actions are needed, everything works perfectly.

Tested on:
Arch Linux, Intel HD520, Wine-Staging 8.5, DXVK, max graphics settings in game.
