I have modern SSD, 32 GB 3600 RAM, Ryzen 3700 and every location loads about 1 minute. Any way to fix it?

The game doesn't know what an SSD is. The amount of RAM used is solely responsible for the loading times. On my PC they are no longer than 3~4 seconds.
Try running the game on an HDD.

The game is slow as hell on some systems because of some leftover debug code, I'm working on a fix for it, I'll post it on PCGW soon
