I have the base Sanctus Reach game and Legacy of the Weirdboy DLC from Slitherine. Can I get two other DLCs from GOG, do different versions recognize each other and are they compatible?

Unfortunately not. Base game and DLCs are only compatible with the platform you purchase them on.
