I just did the first major planet at the beginning of the game and am at the Governor's Command Center, trying to leave to go to the tech priest Cenobium to find the Inquisitor guy. The problem I'm having is that apparently I need to use my ship, every guide I can find says when I approach the exit door there should be an option to return to my ship, that does not happen. I walked back to my ship and my pilot tells me they can't take off. I am wondering if I did something wrong, or if I have to restart the entire game due to a bug.

If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong, or a work around, it would be helpful.


UPDATE: Never mind, I somehow missed the anti-air battery and just destroyed it.
