after installing the newest version the game refuses to start. it says vcruntime140.dll is missing. the file is present in both the game folder and windows and the visual c++ redistributables are installed correctly.
am i missing something?

UPDATE:
- it is actually looking for VCRUNTIME140_1.dll
- installed version 1.08.04 - game plays with no error

UPDATE:
i don't know why, but now it works. i reinstalled the visual c++ redistributables a second time.
