GOG dont care for localisations here. They just bought main public subs fom steam and give it to outsource for making it backported*. They didnt ask for files from Sega. There is non-public localisations on Steam (Sga fault that even with loc-test closed branch by password tthey still not he available at all, fake testings)
(for Rome TW same loc test affect only russian version and Sega bring it only as part of Remaster subscription by same mistake, while MULTI4 they dis add to all subscriptions).
So there is no point asking Sega. Sega not involved in all this Sega's releases. GOG have not all files or interest in getting them from Sega.
