Okay did everything, works fine (i guess) but only issue, animations wont execute. I select an unit tell him to go to X and the jerks like as if he goes into the start pose of an animation and then just stands there frozen

@eriedlinger you are a BOSS! My Win8.1 system also had the stuttering issue, but unzipping your files in with the executables has everything running buttery-smooth :)
