It's 160kb/s and it's very not stellar D: .

If the original in-game soundtrack was CD-quality is there any chance for a 320kb/s or Flac version D: ?

It wasn't. The game plays the music from 160 kbps wave files. The downloadable soundtrack appears to be (and most likely is) simply a transcode of those into MP3.
