So, just install the game in the C: drive , meaning My PC > C:/ > Chaos Gate
When installing, instead of proceeding to the default installation folder, create one by selecting Browser, then click on your main drive, usually is C: and install it there.
Aparently all the mentioned issues are gone, no compatability selected and no admin running. just installing on the main directory does the trick.
well, it did for me.
but its odd because the game got a Win 10 patch....GOG once again leaving the fixing to the consumer...
