Could someone let me know how to run a full screen mode? I have tried various combination of settings in "graphic mode setup" menu but it doesn't help as the game is displayed in the midle of my monitor in minimized view. Thank you in advance.

Check conf file. Settings tool from GOG - just base settings... and some missed from one game to another (for Wc1 that fixed only for MAC release).
Windows hot-key: [Alt]+[Enter]

File have comments about each option string.
Resolution and fillscreen mode not available from that version of GOG configurator.
