When I enter Battle.net, I get the interface, but with most of the text invisible, including what I type in the fields. See attached screenshot. This makes battle.net difficult to use.

Some overlay has interrupt game window and game rendering are broken.

After some research i install cnc-ddraw from github and it's work after i setup direct9 draw and borderless mode.

Game already provided with ddraw wrapper by GOG. Your helped is that you close some non-needed trash tool that interfer game window.
Or properly set up game and GOG wrapper.
