The update for War For The Overworld constantly shows as failed. The exact thing I'm seeing is this: "War For The Overworld update failed."

Is there some way to try the update manually?

Are you trying to update via GOG Galaxy? Perhaps try a complete reinstall? Otherwise, it may be necessary to contact GOG Support.
