Well, I'm asking because I'm in the process of creating one (using VVVVVV from Humble Bundle DRM-free), and I'm wondering if you guys do play them, whether the built-in ones or downloaded ones.

Almost a year late of a reply, but I do sometimes play them. I did for a while after I beat the game, but I haven't played in a while. But I would definitely check it out if you ever finished.
