Is there an easy mode? Cheat or anything?

The game is nice, really has potential, I really like the setting and love to play it but I can't enjoy it because I lack the minimum requirement of dexterity skill to play it.

I would love to see a Minimum Player requirement and optimal setting there as well.

My reflexes aren't as good as they used to be and basically, after a hard day of work I like a casual slightly numbing Viking side-scroller experience, not this manhood boosting dexterity challenge for spoiled thrill seeking types.

I'm sorry but I don't need and subsequently don't want such dexterity challenges in video games.
There's nothing wrong in you finding Völgarr too hard, but you should have researched it a bit before buying it...

I understand where you're coming from, I'm not exactly a pro at Völgarr, too, but I bought this game being perfectly aware of what I was getting myself into. This game was funded and developed with the gameplay of old in mind, it draws inspiration from side-scrollers like Ghosts 'n Goblins, Ninja Gaiden and the like, in which you had to learn via trial and error because the level design was brutal.

I saw your post on the Hotline Miami series subforum as well, and all I have to say is that you should definitely start picking your games a bit better, sorry...

It's not the games' fault, it's actually yours. There are lots of great games out there and some of them are probably more your cup of tea, but if you keep buying games that are known for their high difficulty and relentless dexterity requirements, you're missing the mark by a long shot.

Neither the Hotline Miami games nor Völgar have a difficulty slider, being brutally difficult is part of why so many people love them.

Like I said, there's nothing wrong in you wanting games that are a bit less challenging, but, then, just accept these are not the games for you.
