The regional (Norwegian) price for the DLC packs is 20.24 USD each on GOG while the price on Steam is 10.79 USD. Sure, I get 9.45 USD back from the Fair Price Package, but it really looks like someone did a mistake with the pricing.

Nope Devs just want you to buy on Steam, or pay twice because GOG users are pirates or something.
