serial key keeps saying invalid key or server rejected code bad user plz need some help thx

mine does not work either its not just u man i know its pissing me off.gog cus service is trash so trying to get resolved is taking for ever.

Are you sure it's the CD key and not the password? It requires an 8 char long alphanumeric one. I know I had problems because of this

Why would you buy a DRM game from a DRM-free store with horrible support? If it has DRM steam is your go-to place.

I am trying to enter the key that was given to me Gog, I am connected and we tell myself that my nick or password are not the good.

I have try with uppercase or not, it does not work. I am using my nick and password for me connected has Gog ... It is well to those that it is not? Also I try to create another account but I am asked the serial no. ... But what ??

Sorry for bumping this old topic but I got here from google search and it was only topic to mention bad user code.
If you are getting "bad user" error try different username and email, I finally was able to make an account after trying couple different usernames. There might be a restriction for 6 character usernames but the account creation is really bad it doesn't give any specific errors and you have to guess what was wrong. There is also no account management so if you screw something up it can't be changed. The correct serial key can be found from gog's website go to Account>Victor Vran>More>Serial Keys
