I have the game installed already, but Galaxy seems to be downloading a patch that is 3.1GB! Is this normal?

Here too.
Just let it install. Galaxy always shows the game size instead of the patch size. Hopefully this changes in future releases.
PS: It's bigger then 1 GB.
PPS: It really downloads 3.1 GB. Nearly the whole game. :(
