I can't find the blacksmith. I found the set of cloth and now it needs mending by the blacksmith. Where's the blacksmith?

There is only one blacksmith in the game ( Mattheo ). He will remain in his house near the upper exit from the initial village until you complete his personal quest ( relocation to the city ).

After moving to Venice, he resides in the Inner district by the gate to Arsenal.
