i'm trying to do the block training with the order of the seal guy, but it never finishes

he strikes. i successfully block.

...and it never finishes. ever.
the only way to stop it is to leave the area.

i thought perhaps it was because i was using the moonblade, and he a sword, SO i wasted some points in sword and used that instead. same deal.

what am i missing, how do i get it to complete? or is it meant to be just endless practice?

You must hit him after blocking.
5x block + hit and the training ends.

ah, ok... i must have done that at least 500 times, no exaggeration...
ok i'll forget that bit for now, and maybe come back to it later and see if i can get it to complete

i just got to a part of the game where it CTDs every time, so i think i just finished with Venetica.
