Physx should be uninstalled like any programs as it appears in the uninstall list.
I don't know how it works on window 11 in comparison to window 10 , so check there to access the application list that you can uninstall :

I read there are 2 types of physx drivers, the normal one and the "legacy" one, as i see both of them listed for me.
So maybe before uninstalling your more recent physx version try to install a "legacy" version too, it seems it has helped some people on this similar thread that popped up when i googled the issue :

Some people mention running the game in window XP compatibility, maybe give it a try before uninstalling then installing an older Physx driver
