I've manage to gather all the notes 28/28 but no achievement obtained yet.
I also re-played all phonodiaries and still no achievement.

Any idea?

I gues, the 28/28 are the Secrets Found, not the Notes ;-) ...

Funny, today during the 2nd playthrough, level Haunted > reading The Calling triggered Loremaster achievement ;O
