Every time I load my game the melee attack always resets to the default skill (Strike). This is really annoying because I am using Lightning Strike mostly, and forget to switch it back when I start the game again. I have no skill points spent for Strike, so I get mobbed and die. Is this a bug?

Same pro for me and i don't know why.... I am looking for a solution in settings but nothing seems to fix it. Tell us if you find any solution

This happens any time you leave town (VH1) i think - or load a saved game. finally get more than 1 skill for the sword, set it, and they won't stick after being set. The sword skills always seem to reset to the basic sword move. Doesn't seem to happen with the ranged weapon. but not noticing the loss of any skills on the sword can and will get you 'killed'.

Don't recall this happening before. I had stopped playing a while ago and just picked up the remaining versions - started a new char and now this :(
