Is there a Game Manual for this Game? I wonder if it’s worth playing if it does not include one. I am considering it because it includes random scenarios that increase replay value.

There is no downloadable manual for this game, no.

However, there are in-game tutorials that explain the same stuff that a manual would contain.

And also the information from the in-game tutorials are automatically recorded in your in-game journal, so if you forget some of the information, then you can just open up your in-game journal and read the information again.
