When I get to the menu I select "Offline2 (I have no interest in playing this multiplayer or online) and create a character (class, difficulty and name) and hit the create button....and then nothing. It remains on the screen with options for create, start game etc but every option (except create) is greyed out. The only option I can choose is create which just leaves me on the same screen. I cannot seem to do anything other than loop through character creation, no other options are available to me
