1. Go to <path-to-game>\Engine\Plugins\Online\OnlineSubsystemGog\Source\ThirdParty\GalaxySDK\Libraries\
2. Delete or rename the file Galaxy64.dll

problem is the game will always try to connect and fail if don't install galaxy to play it, that's why you can solve the problem this way.

Thanks, it was taking 15 seconds to load into game from Title screen. This fixed it. I hate Galaxy. lol
