Before my original disk got damaged beyond repair :( i had an editor capable of modding this old game pretty efficiently, permitting me to create new items and such

Haven't found it in the extra goodies, does anyone know where i can find it?

I'm surprised that my website isn't number one on a google search for modding VTMR and accessing needed tools. Oh well.
