("The Cowboy's Guide to Cyberspace by Case")

According to the Bloodlines wiki, it's supposed to be in the "Ground Zero" Internet Cafe, but I looked everywhere, also did the quest to explore the rest of the place, and can't find it anywhere. Help?

Edit: Of course I found it after posting, I could swear it wasn't there before (maybe it wasn't and reload fixed something, hell if I know). Anyway, if anyone has the same problem: After you enter the Cafe, move ahead along the left-side wall, past the toilet door, and towards the TV with some paused video game on it. Then turn around, and it should be on the desk, next to the PC in front of you, the very last one, if looking from the entrance's direction.

Look carefully in the computer placed looking towards the TV. It is also the closest one to the TV. Book is there, next to the computer. Move the cursor so you can have its name displayed and color.
