Wesp, you are horrible, horrible man! You just motivated me to play the game for... I-don't-remember -the-number time :)
In basic patch:
First time i entered Downtown anarch bar, there was issue with lips movement and talking animation. NPC faces acted funny, as if bugged. During subsequent visits and dialogue initiation, they worked normally. I don't know if it's just me.

All places/maps in basic, are the modified ones from plus. Santa Monica clinic upper floor: pizza sweets and note room is located next to camera security room instead of near the entrance, downtown anarch bar npc locations are all changed, skelter should be ground floor with jack opposite to him and only damsel above with Nines, arthur kilpatrick shouldn't have a second pc in front of him etc... Shouldn't Basic feel and play out exactly as the old vanilla, or 1.2 official game?

Don't know if it's a bug, but Boris' guards attack me immediately, if i open the door and walk in the room, with TV and manual. If i simply go over to talk to Dima and Boris, they don't.

Must have been a random glitch, I never heard that before.

I see this as a bug fix. There is no way the original layout could have fit into the building! Similar to the tutorial change.

You are misremembering things here. In the original game Damsel was on the ground floor and Skelter was above, I swapped them because it didn't fit to their dialogues. And Arthur always had an Apple II...

I encountered another issue playing with this patch:

During the "Bad Luck Farmer" quest (I was doing it after the Giovanni mansion, and having Saulocept, if it changes anything other than giving extra 1 XP for some quests), I've put the cursed talisman in the locker (got 2 XP for that as I think is intended), killed the locker's owner, and got 3+1 XP then, and another 3+1 (again) when reporting the job as finished to Mr. Ox (which I suspect wasn't supposed to happen, I should probably have got 2 XP for the locker, and 3+1 for either killing the guy or reporting his death, but not both?).

I also got a question: during character creation, the only character with "Blunt fangs" background available is female Nosferatu, is that intended? It's been a while and I might remember it wrong, but I think more clans and/or genders could pick it.

And a bit of feedback:
In Fu Syndicate, there was a door with lockpick difficulty 10. Since I knew I'll be able to get an item with +1 Security from Mr. Ox's quest (the aforementioned Bad Luck Farmer), but also wanted to have Saulocept's +1 XP there, I left it locked until after Giovanni mansion (in order not to waste XP getting it up to 5 dots).
There, I've found that e-mail about certain person ordered killed (avoiding spoilers here), but when I tried to warn them, they were already gone (probably dead by then).
So, unless there's another way to open or get past said door and I missed it (is there?), I think the door in question could perhaps have a lower difficulty (9 should do, all things considered), or either Saulocept or Antique Locket could be obtainable in some other way? (if Saulocept, to keep the game's XP balance, perhaps found somewhere in Fu Syndicate building?)
I don't know, what triggers the target character's death, if it's visiting Giovanni mansion or doing just about any other quest, though, so no idea, if that would work (as Bad Luck Farmer would still need to be done after the Fu Syndicate in that case)

With the plus patch (which you are playing because you have histories available) the lockpick 10 door is no problem. Bloodbuff in plus raises strength, dex and stamina by 2 points each, and that can go above 5.

This is exactly like Troika intended it to be.

Yes. In the cut histories more clans were able to use the same histories, but I balanced it out so that each clan and gender gets the same number when I restored them.

I will not change door difficulties or item placement to allow for stat-min-maxing, you have time to warn Wong-Ho until you speak with LaCroix after the Giovanni Mansion.
