Yes, the integrated patch shows more of the decapitaion but this will be improved some more in the next update!

Yes, the "uncensored and raw uncut" version plainly shows Hillary Clinton lopping off naughty-vampire heads.

(Frankly, I think the scene is much more powerful sans the decapitation--as the original looked fairly hokey, I thought...;))
