I'm playing through the main story, just got off from seeing the prince after the sarcophagus and heading to my apartment, and I've got some weird glitches going on. It started with NPCs not moving, but then it evolved into this... (see attached images)

Any ideas? I've already tried verify/repair and uninstall/reinstalling; so far, no dice.

Attachments won't open (at least for me).

EDIT: I think the next poster had the same issue and repaired using the GoG "verify/repair" function. If you haven't done so, you might want to try this.

Not sure about the graphical glitches. These are usually caused by long playing sessions and therefroe should have been gone after restarting.
NPCs not moving is usually a sign of map changes after your character has visited the map at least once. This is probably caused by Galaxy updating the game.
You'll have to restore exactly to the version you had when you started the game. If youcan't do that I'm afraid you have to start a new game.
In any case, make sure to disable autoupdate for Bloodlines to avoid future trouble.
i got a question about the gog version

right now the gog version comes with 10.2 pre installed

i want to unlock the restored content too

does the gog version allow this ?
or do i have to manually install the patch ... if i do so is there a catch like detele a certain folder first or something like this

No, just install either 10.2 or 10.3 RC 2 over it and start a new game!

alright thanks for the quick reply :)
Thank you all for your advice. Unfortunately none of them worked. I did a clean install, verify/repair, and reloaded from earlier saves and all of them failed to fix it. I looked around and I found that this is apparently a well known glitch that happened with the base game

I'm trying to just continue through the game and use the console commands in order to progress where the game breaks too hard.

Perhaps I'll eventually need a save editor or something but for now this is what i've done.

Yes, random junk in the Skyeline Appartment usually comes when playing long sessions in one go, over like several hours. Existing the game and restarting it normally fixes this.
@wesp5, thank you for your MOD, I'm really earger to play this game for the 1st time.

I understand GOG version comes with your 1.2 patch, and you have released patch 1.3, which comes with extra content.

Are their fix on 1.3 that I should install, or 1.2 a good as it is.

Since it's my 1st time, I think the base game will be more than enough for me.

Thank you for your input.

In that case I suggest you just play the GOG 10.2 version and latter on replay with 10.3 plus version!

Yes, play the Wesp 10.3 version he recommends. 1.2 was the last official Troika patch and is many years old, IIRC, and you will be lucky to get it to run at all if your hardware is decently new.
I'm having a similar problem but I have the most recent game version - Skyeline is all jacked up, doors out of place, the entrance into the elevator is blocked and I have to noclip to access the haven. The TV in the haven can't be interacted with, the furniture is all messed up and the vents are jutting out into the middle of the living space.

Exiting the game and reloading doesn't do anything. I've alrady verified/repaired via GoG

What can I try?

Have you already tried reloading an earlier save where this hasn't happened yet?

And then just continue play from wherever that save is?

No, I have not tried that, but I can check to see if it works. Will that fix the issue or would I just need to start from wherever that is?
