So, my Girlfriend wants to read some GOOD vampire books (i.e. not the usual Twilight, True Blood, Vampire Diaries shit), and Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles didn't seem to do much for her. She love's what little she knows about the World of Darkness, so I though the novels or comics from Vampire: The Masquerade or Vampire: The Requiem might be worth a try. So my question is this: Which books are worth investing in? Tell me what you know about the different works.

i dont know about books, but there was a tv series based on the masquerade called "kindred: the embraced". might worth a look
