Supposedly when you send in a problem to the GOG team, something should appear on the page accessed when you click on My Questions in the upper right of the forum area, yes? I've sent in two questions (the same on really) yesterday and still see nothing. How do I know if GOG received my query? I would love to play Redemption, and without knowing if they've received my question, I'm getting a little frustrated.

Hi,

Actually, when you click on the 'My questions' button on the frorum what you should see is a list of topics marked as a 'question topic' you've made on the forums, such as this one.

The questions you send to the GOG team, and their answers, used to be stored on a tab on the 'My account' page, but the tab was taken down a while back (to solve a few bugs) and so far it hasn't returned.
Thanks for answering so quickly. I guess that means I must just be patient, and hope that my message went through. Peace.
You should still get an e-mail confirmation of your question as well as get any responses e-mailed to you. If you have heard nothing within a week, send a follow-up message (keeping in mind that GOG works Mon. - Fri. only and is in a different time zone, so that can affect how long it takes to get a response).
I'm in the UK, so I think we're near enough timezone wise. I sent them my question yesterday, so I can wait a bit. I just finished Bloodlines and was hoping to see the differences between the two Vampire games, but in the meantime, I've started messing around with NWN2, so it might be the case, that once I get their help, I won't need it right away. Impatience got the better of me. Of course, I suppose I could clear some space and reinstall Redemption. Might have to uninstall SimCity4
