Just beat the game today. (resorted to cheat though in the late stages)

Anyway, when I was at Chinatown and got into Lotus Blossom, there seems to be this odd line.

I could kill those women without them resisting as well, they just seem not care about neither gun fight nor my draining of others.

This is the latest version on gog I believe since just bought the game during this sale. Has anyone else seeing this bug?

I think it's more of a rush job to get the game out. The girls in there are just food - once the gangsters are gone, one can go there whenever and "refuel". I suppose one can assume they were drugged, made mindless, scared of the gang, whatever. If this could have been fixed, I'm sure it would have been long ago. All the major bugs that can be fixed have been long ago fixed in both of the rival patches.

So they are just the blinded men in later stage? Thought they would scream like all the other female since I play as a Nosferatu. :p

The game is in English other than this line that comes out from nowhere. It would "float" when I walked around and could still be seen when I went 2nd floor in Lotus Blossom.

No, this is just a limitation of the Troika AI. Try hitting civilians at the Empire Hotel or elsewhere. Other civilians nearby usually wont react!

The game is in English other than this line that comes out from nowhere.
It looks like a developer mode error message, but these are in English...
