person482: I got the item for Pisha from the Giovanni mansion, and returned to the hospital after meeting LaCroix. Somehow, Milligan is there again, but his dialogue is from meeting him later at his apartment. I've definitely done the quest to get rid of him, since I'm in the middle of the quest of getting things for Pisha.

I think the hospital area was reset to earlier, since the vent shortcut is locked and I see his crew getting killed again. It seems I can finish Pisha's quest going the long way again, but is there any other way of getting around this?
