So I've been subquesting in the the first area of Bloodlines - Santa Monica and I've rescued Lily before doing the Mercurio mission but, now I've come to do it, Lily's standing in my way on the stairs up the cliff, behind the chain-link gate and I can't get past her!
Any ideas?

Ah, it's OK I jumped to the side just right and it force an area change load to the next area, didn't even really look like an area transition at that point...

If something like this happens again, you can use the console command noclip. Use it once then you can float through everything, use it again and you're back to normal. Just make sure you're not stuck in something when you end noclip.
