Vandal doesnt enter.

You leave the room and thats when Vandal appears.

Really I'd love to help, but I need a little more info than just "This is the point at which the game stopped working".

The scene is usually no problem.

What exactly happened ?

What did you do before ?

What version are you using ?

Are you by any chance playing an older save that was started on a previous version ? You should always start new games if you change the version. Thats one of the cases in which automatic update with Galaxy can really F you over. Though considering how early you are in the game, that seems unlikely.


P.s.: Another common problem with the game is that you need to save, exit, and restart every two hours or so, because the game engine has a memory leak and also the game is only 32 bit, so adding more memory doesnt help with this specific problem. Since the game engine is the problem, this cannot be fixed with fan patches either.

I had the same problem, I think it was because I entered the blood bank
from the hospital building instead of the outside alley door, this caused
Vandal not to appear.
You'll have to reload from a previous save

I dont know what the problem could be but the point of entrance cant possibly be it.

I've done this quest countless times from either entrance point. I dont remember it ever failing.

But yes I'd restart the game.
